  I am a massage therapist in Coon Rapids, MN and currently offer massage at North Suburban Healthcare and G365 Fitness. I am a goal orientated therapist and I enjoy the challenge of tracking down the root causes of pain while easing my clients symptoms. I draw on 33 years of experience and training to help my clients achieve their therapeutic goals. The human body never ceases to amaze me. The body's capacity to endure through injury, misuse and neglect and to almost miraculously regenerate with even the smallest amount of care and nurturing makes me feel honored to play even the smallest part in each of my client's journey to wellness.
  Throughout the years I have taken several classes which include: Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Massage, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, Muscle Testing, Energetic Kinesiology, Anma (Japanese massage), Asian Foot Reflexology, Asian Facials, Tui Na (Chinese Massage) and Chi Nei Tsang (abdominal massage), Medical Chi Kong, Qi Qong (energy work), Reiki and Shamanic Healing. Although I value the training that I have received, I have found that my greatest teachers have been my clients. I am truly honored and blessed by the people that have walked through my door.
